The Facts

You Are What You Eat

When we go to the grocery store, we go with a mission to pick up food for ourselves and our families, but too often we buy food that is tainted with antibiotics, anti-enzymatics, herbicides, pesticides and other chemicals.

Do we knowingly buy tainted food? Probably not. This is due to the fact that so many labels on food products are misleading. Or, perhaps we are in a hurry and so do not take the time to select the right types of foods. You are what you eat, and you can change what you eat.

We have power in understanding how to read food labels and in choosing the right foods. And we can demand quality food from our suppliers. Join our community to stay informed so that you can help maintain a healthy life for you and your family.

We trust something in a grocery store and assume it's good. We don't learn about the most precious thing in life-the food we put in our body. Educate yourself!
